VEHICLE SELLER GUIDE · Doral
Reviewing Installed Company Devices Before a Doral Car Sale
A retired company vehicle may contain tracking equipment, access devices or other business property. Before a Doral vehicle sale, identify what stays in the car and coordinate any retained equipment with the responsible company contact.
List devices and accessories separately
Explain which installed items are company equipment and which are ordinary vehicle components. Do not assume the buyer will remove tracking devices or handle company accounts. Coordinate those questions with your authorized business contact. Tell the buyer what the car will include after equipment changes so a photo showing the old installation is not treated as the final sale condition.
Keep the quote focused on vehicle facts
Provide the year, model, known mileage, mechanical condition and visible damage. Avoid sending customer routes, employee files or private account screenshots with a quote inquiry. Existing maintenance records can explain work already done without replacing ownership documents. Identify who can approve the sale and who holds the keys instead of assuming the driver handles every part of the transaction.
Confirm the handoff after changes
Describe the pickup location, access window and vehicle movement. If equipment is removed after the quote, report any resulting change in condition before confirming the final offer. Ask about documents, included collection and payment arrangements. Keep the business equipment process separate from the whole-vehicle sale so both contacts know their responsibilities.
