Checking Stored Vehicle Details Before a Homestead Car Offer

A stored vehicle can have missing wheels, loose accessories and older photos that no longer show its condition. Before a Homestead car offer, organize what is known about the car today without relying on its last trip.

Check information you can observe

Record the year, model, visible damage and whether the keys are available. State when the car was last used and whether its present movement has been assessed. Mention missing wheels or a loose spare as separate details; a spare stored in the trunk does not establish that the installed tires are usable. Do not describe old maintenance information as proof of current operation.

Describe storage and access

Explain whether the car is parked on pavement, grass or another surface and how it can be reached from the entrance. Mention gates, other vehicles and equipment. Recent photos can show the space available, but let the buyer review access rather than promising a particular truck will fit. Report changes in the surrounding area before scheduling collection.

Confirm the included items

Identify accessories and loose components that remain with the car and belongings you plan to remove. Ask about documentation, the offer and included pickup based on the description. An initial inquiry does not reserve a collection time. If something is removed or the car is relocated after the quote, update the buyer so the final agreement matches the handoff condition.

Talk to us about your car

Share the year, make, model, current condition and pickup location. Ask about the offer, documents, payment and collection arrangements before scheduling.
