Describing the Correct Property Entrance for a Homestead Junk Car Pickup
A collection address may lead to more than one gate, driveway or building. For a Homestead vehicle sale, explain how the collection team reaches the actual car before confirming the appointment.
Match the address to the vehicle position
Give the exact pickup address and explain where the car sits within the property. Mention separate driveways, shared lots or more than one house at the address. If a map pin leads to the wrong entrance, say so and provide clear instructions for the authorized entrance. A mailing address alone may not describe vehicle access.
Describe restrictions without promising clearance
Tell the buyer about gates, low branches, narrow turns, uneven surfaces and other vehicles blocking the route. Send changes before the appointment

Keep the current entrance instructions with the offer, document and payment details. Avoid moving an unsafe car yourself to reach an easier spot; ask what the collection team needs.
